These terms govern consumer purchases of physical goods from our store. The checkout and order communications are in English. You can save or print these terms.

Placing an order

Choose your products, add them to your basket and check quantities, delivery details and the total before paying. You can correct errors before submitting the order. Payment methods available to you are displayed at checkout.

Your order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, rather than acceptance. We accept your order when we send confirmation that the goods have been dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund payments for goods we cannot supply. This does not affect your cancellation rights.

Products and prices

Read the listing for sizes, pack quantities and specifications. Product images are illustrative; screen colours may vary, but goods must match their description. Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes. Delivery and any optional extras are shown before payment. Optional extras require your agreement. If we identify a material pricing error before acceptance, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel and refund the affected item.

Delivery

Available destinations, services, charges and delivery estimates are shown before purchase. Unless we agree a different period with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the contract. We remain responsible for goods until they are in your physical possession or that of someone you nominate, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier you independently commission. Contact us about missing or delayed parcels so we can investigate.

Cancellation and returns

Our Returns & Refunds policy explains the usual 14-day notification period and further 14 days to return goods, applicable exceptions, and refunds. Customers pay direct return postage for change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable necessary return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Consumer rights

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Statutory remedies can include rejection and refund, repair or replacement, depending on the circumstances. The usual short-term right to reject faulty goods lasts 30 days, subject to the legal rules. A manufacturer warranty does not replace your rights against us.

Complaints and responsibility

Email us with your order number, the issue and the outcome you seek. We will investigate and respond. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits your statutory rights. Changes to these terms do not retrospectively alter accepted orders.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory protections available where you live. Consumers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
