Changing your mind
For most online purchases, you have 14 days from the day after you receive your goods to tell Romi Essentials that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days from notifying us to send the goods back. Email romiukltd2@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. You do not have to give a reason.
Return postage
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when you change your mind. Please pack them securely and obtain proof of posting. Please include your order number with the return.
Condition of returned goods
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce your refund for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Refunds
For a valid cancellation of your whole order, we refund the goods and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. Any extra amount paid for premium delivery is not refundable. Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and do not charge a refund fee.
Exceptions
The change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
If goods arrive faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us at romiukltd2@gmail.com. Romi Essentials will cover reasonable necessary return costs and arrange the remedy required by your statutory rights. The change-of-mind deadlines above do not limit these rights.
Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected by this policy.
